*in stock*: usually ready to ship within 1-3 business days.

*on demand*: these pieces are newly made especially for you and therefore require more time. They are usually ready to ship within 7–14 business days and will then follow the delivery times stated below.

all orders are shipped with the Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. In such cases, your parcel will be delivered on the next business day. Please also keep in mind that delivery times may be longer during the Christmas season.

once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

please note: shipping costs will be added at the end of your order and must be paid in full by the buyer.

please note: for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected through our online shop. Payment must be made directly to the shipping provider or the relevant authorities.

atelier pick-up:

*in stock*: usually ready for pick-up within 24 hours.

*on demand*: these pieces are newly made especially for you and therefore require 7–14 business days to be completed. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification and it can be collected from the atelier.

after placing your order, please send a short email to arrange your preferred pick-up time. Pick-up at the atelier is generally possible Monday to Thursday between 11:00 and 19:00.
